Meet Your Coach

My journey to becoming a coach began at my lowest point. There was a long period of my life when I was 43 kilos, constantly sick, undernourished, and scared for my own health. No one could help me, so I started learning everything myself.

I dedicated years to studying nutritional science, metabolism, and functional anatomy. Piece by piece, I developed and applied a practical system that allowed me to restore my health, regain my strength, and build a resilient body. The transformation was so profound that it redefined my purpose.

Before coaching, I worked in private banking, living the kind of structured, high-pressure life most people wouldn’t survive. I had a successful career, but it never changed lives. At some point, helping women stop suffering through the same confusion and exhaustion I went through mattered more to me than a prestigious career in finance.

My background is a mix of CrossFit, bodybuilding, and years of studying how the female body actually responds to food, stress, and training. I learned every lesson on my own skin first. I know what it feels like to be lost in your own body. And I know how to pull you out with a clear plan, real structure, and a method that works no matter how busy your life is.

My coaching is direct, scientific, and deeply personal because I’ve lived every part of this journey myself.
